ITIL Prince 2 Delivery Manager
Location: Manchester - United Kingdom
Rate: £ 25 to £ 30 K (Permanent) + Corporate Benefits and Bonus
Area of impact
- Lead continuous improvement projects
- Lead project office projects for service management centre readiness.
- Work to defined timescales
- Improve process efficiency
- Lead project meetings
- Identify/resolve risks and issues
The ideal candidate will have worked in a process improvement or business analyst role and will have ideally come worked for another telecoms company.
Essential:
- Experience within telecoms environment process/improvements
- Proven experience of project delivery
- Project methodology
- Attention to detail, and accuracy in every aspect of the role, is essential
- Highly computer literate, confident in the use of various packages
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and techniques
- Prince 2 accreditation
- ITIL
Desirable:
Six Sigma, Kaizan, TPM, 7 step problem solving
