Wholesales Billing Manager

Essential Requirements:

- Experience of managing large scale billing operations in a Telecoms and or Internet organisation
- Understanding of Telecoms and ISP products
- Knowledge of carrier billing charging models, including BT interconnect billing #
- Proven track record of managing service improvement The Individual:

- You will enjoy developing and implementing new ideas.
- This will involve challenging existing processes and introducing approaches to improve the quality of process outcomes and Deliverables.
- You will actively encourage and support creativity. 
- You will have the ability to analyse the future impact of new ideas by taking a big picture approach to strategically position the process within the business. 
- You respond positively to change and are able to work flexibly across a range of strands. 
- You will also have the ability to anticipate, control and implement a process of change when necessary.
